Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Organic Tattva Rice Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Organic Tattva Besan
  • 1 Beetroot
  • Mix Vegetables / Sprouts
  • Oregano / Chilli Flakes / Cheese
  • Organic Tattva Salt

In a medium bowl, mix the rice flour and besan. Depending on the size of the Pizza base you want to prepare. Add salt to the mixture.

Chop and Grind the beetroot with a few spoons of water.

Add the beetroot puree into the flour mixture and make a thick batter or soft dough.

Spread the batter / dough on a non stick pan and cook on medium flame till the pizza is semi cooked on both sides.

Once cooked, add toppings of vegetables / sprouts.

Sprinkle cheese and cook on low flame for about 10 minutes.

Your Gluten – Free beetroot pizza is ready.

Serve hot with Oregano and Chilli Flakes.
